A much loved property which is enjoyed year after year by families returning to their piece of paradise here in Sunshine Beach. A small set of stairs at the entry are easy to negotiate making it easily accessible for those needing a property that is all on one level. The fully fenced grounds are great for the kids or the furry family members. Lovely tropical palms at the front and a sunny grassed area at the rear. Recently repainted and with newly renovated bathrooms this original cottage retains its charm and cosy vibe. Features include: 3 x Bedrooms - 1 x King, 1 x Queen and 2 x sets of single bunk beds. 2 x brand new bathrooms - ensuite off master bedroom and full size bath in main bathroom. Wide decks for outdoor entertaining. Gorgeous pool area and grassed back yard. Air-conditioning - living area and two of the three bedrooms. Stylish timber floors and high ceilings. Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted. A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
