Our alpine hut is equipped with two bedrooms (one pine-wood bedroom with a double bed, one heartwood beech bedroom with three single beds), as well as a modern, high-quality kitchen/dining and living area with a sofa bed. In the basement, a 40 m² recreation room awaits you, equipped with a pool table, foosball, and darts for fun and games. A cozy seating area also invites you to sit together and relax. Please let us know if you need a crib (€5 per night) or a high chair (free of charge) for your stay. For our little guests, there are two very nice playgrounds within a 5–10-minute walk. Dear dog owners, For reasons of space and animal welfare, a maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in our vacation apartments. From experience, dogs like to sleep in their own beds, so we would ask you to bring your own dog bed. An additional fee of €10 per pet per night applies. Only dogs are welcome in our vacation apartments. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also at your disposal for free in the basement. You can park your car in one of the carports and right next door you can park bicycles, skis, sleds, etc. For swimming in the summer and enjoying the beautiful summer days, the quietly located Wössner See, with its excellent restaurant, is the perfect spot. From your vacation rental, Lake Wössnersee is a 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk away. The Bavarian sea, Lake Chiemsee, can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in about 60 minutes by bike. For winter sports enthusiasts, the extensive cross-country skiing trails in Unterwössen can be reached in five to ten minutes. The ski resorts Reit im Winkl, Winklmoos-Steinplatte and Hochkössen are only a few kilometers away. In the wider area, you will find great destinations for day trips, such as thermal spas or water parks, where you can relax or have fun with the whole family. Fairytale/adventure parks in Marquartstein and Ruhpolding, Herrenchiemsee Castle, Fraueninsel, the salt mine, and numerous small museums also round out the excursion options. For guests who want to go high, Unterwössen offers tour flights for you at the Unterwössner gliding airfield (motor sailor/ sailplane). If you are a paraglider, the Hochgern is ready for you: start at the Hochgern, landing in the meadow in front of your apartment (official landing site).
