The upscale amenities make this studio a little gem! You will be located on the pedestrian street, in the historic district, a stone's throw from the Cachat d'eau d'Evian spring, the Thermal Center. The lake and its pier, the funicular, the Casino, all shops are also within 5 minutes. The space The studio apartment is about 35 m2. It is on the 1st floor of a small building from the 1930s that has retained all its authenticity, with a very wide staircase (no elevator) 3 people can stay there comfortably. The sleeping area is marked by a curtain... - The queen size bed will accommodate 2 people on a very good quality mattress... - The sofa bed can be used by an adult or 2 young children. The equipped kitchenette contains: - dishwasher - all the dishes useful for cooking - induction baking sheet - refrigerator freezer - microwave - Senséo coffee machine - a kettle - a toaster - some condiments for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar...) A TV and a library provided with some books in French and English! 4 glass bottles await you in their metal locker! Go get your Evian Water yourself, on foot, only a few meters away! (the water is 11° all year round) The bedding chosen is very good quality. The bed is made for your arrival. You will have at your disposal per person: a bath towel. All towels, as well as bedding, come from a professional laundry. The cleaning is also carried out professionally!
