There is aircon downstairs and in upstairs bedrooms, with ceiling fans throughout. The space Ideally for elderly or limited mobility visitors as the main bedroom is on ground level...and has a ensuite.. further two bedrooms upstairs with a main bathroom Guest access Fully self contained three bedroom townhouse with its own locked garage. 3 guests have access to all rooms 2 guests will have bedroom 3 closed. 1 guest stays will have bedroom 2 and 3 closed. Other things to note last minute extra guests must be advised prior to check in and booking updated to correct number of guests staying and any extra fees due paid. if guest booking not actually staying our policy is to have names and phone numbers of guests actually staying. no excessive noise from loud music or shouting that could impact on guests in adjoining property. or neighbors. this is own home so please treat it as your own. if spills/stains occur please advise us asap so when can fix, and minimize any professional cleaning call out fees or extra cleaning. we understand things happen from time to time, just please communicate with us, as the last thing we want to do is charge our guests for extra cleaning.
