As a bonus, you can enjoy the seasonal offer of organic vegetables from your own garden. The space Villa Dream is a fully air-conditioned property, located in the old part of Lokva Rogoznica a bit up in hills with amazing panoramic sea views from every corner, 1km from a local restaurant, 5 min drive to the pebble beach (3km), only 5km far from small, Mediterranean town Omiš with many restaurants, open market, and historical attractions and Cetina river that offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, canyoning, boat tours on the river and to island Brač. The outdoor area offers a private 7.5m x 3.5m pool, spacious sun deck area with 4 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a covered outdoor dining area for 6 people with TV, and a barbecue. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with TV, PS4, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, and a family bathroom with shower. The middle floor consists of laundry, and a few steps up take you to the bedroom level. A bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower, and sea views. Other things to note Villa Dream is ECO-friendly property, Sun is producing enough electric power and hot water for normal living in the villa so are grateful to our guests who are respecting this.
