The location of this studio is unique. It is very close to the sandy beach of Balchik, and next to the beautiful beach promenade. It is located close to all local amenities, nice restaurants, beach bars, water sports and golf courses. The geniune Balchik is just around the corner for you to explore. Balchik is well known for its rich history and stunning views. A must see is the beautiful botanical garden and the Palace which was the summer residence of the Romaian Queen Maria. The space The studio has a hallway, a nice bathroom, living room with integrated kitchen, 2 extendable sofabeds for maximum 4 persons. New furniture, air-condition and complete kitchenware. The studio is almost 40 square meter on the 4th floor and has terrace (west) with sea view and furniture. The sunset is amazing! Guest access Entrance on the ground floor where you will find a cafe open from 07.00 hours. Elevator, beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, walk along promenade, supermarket close by. Other things to note The TV is temporarily out of order.
