In the evening, you can have an aperitif under the pergola or on the terrace and enjoy the plancha by the pool (heated from May to the end of September). The bike path passes right in front of the house and allows you to reach the beaches of Capbreton in 5 minutes and Lake Hossegor in 15 minutes. A small room is available to store your bikes. The space 150 m2 villa consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: - the master bedroom on the ground floor with double bed + dressing room - 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds for children (possibility to also put a double bed) Our kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and double oven.
