The flat: Ideal for exploring the East of Scotland, & only a 15 min drive to Dundee which in September 2018 seen the much anticipated opening of the V&A Dundee. You get the whole flat with this booking. The flat is only 5 minutes walk from the heart of the famous old Scottish town of Forfar and set in a quiet cul-de-sac. The flat is a modern 25 year old large 1 bedroom ground floor flat, with 1 large bedroom with a good size double bed, a large sitting room with freeview tv, dvd player, free wifi, and 2 comfortable single fold down beds (new beds - August 2021), allowing the flat to easily cater for 4 people. Also a large sofa allowing a 5th person to stay. A modern fully equiped kitchen with a table eating area for 4. Good size modern bathroom with bath and powerful shower, and cosy heating through out and plenty of hot water on demand. Free on street parking right outside the front door to the flat. Washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. We also supply a cot bed for infant guests. Guest access You get the entire property with this booking so access to all areas of the flat and use of everything in the flat. We also allow you to bring bikes into the corridor if you in the area on a cycling holiday as Forfar and the area of Angus have some beautiful cycle routes. Other things to note We supply all bed linen and plenty of towels, (note we supply a travel cot for babies and toddlers but for health and safety reasons we don't supply bedding for the travel cot). We supply a welcome hamper consisting of tea, coffee, milk, fruit and pastries. We also supply some surprises if there are children staying. While we try and offer flexible check in and check out times please note that due to high occupancy rates we may not always be able to accomodate an early check in or late check out, so please ask well in advance.
