You will stay in a charming 73 m2 villa with an exterior of 400 m2 including a beautiful private swimming pool heated from APRIL to OCTOBER, a large wooden terrace and deckchairs, garden furniture and a plancha. Perfect for a family. Surrounded by pine forest for absolute calm and in a cul-de-sac for a pleasant stay. 3 km from the sea, so 3 min by car or 10 min by bike. The bike path is 100 m away. Both away from the summer population for a peaceful vacation and close to everything. You'll feel good right away. Guest access The villa is totally private for vacationers as well as the garden and terrace. The pool is private and heated from April to October inclusive. Pool maintenance is done weekly in season. You will be at home for the duration of your stay. Other things to note linens are included: (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) beds made on arrival. A towel per person will also be available, finally two bath mats will be present in the house. The security deposit is managed by AirCover, and the owner can be compensated in the event of damage caused by the tenant. A mandatory cleaning fee of 80 euros. Cleaning is carried out by a company that uses the appropriate cleaning protocols.
