Our home is perfect for just one or two couples. It's leafy and private and in a waterfront position on Smiths Lake in the popular Pacific Palms area. With water views and the sand-fringed lake just steps away, you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area and stunning sunsets over the lake. Guests are welcome to use our kayaks. Paddle across to Cellito Beach or take a short drive to one of the stunning local beaches in this area from dog friendly Seal Rocks to Elizabeth Beach. The space This is a large two storey home with five bedrooms. We have opened our home up to couples' bookings at limited times. You will be occupying the ground level of our home with access to an upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a covered balcony where you can sit out, relax and enjoy the views over the lake. If there are two couples, the other upstairs bedroom with its own ensuite and filtered views of the lake will be available. Both the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans for your comfort. Please note the main bathroom is downstairs, so, if you have mobility issues or prefer a downstairs bedroom instead just let us know. The ground floor of our home also has a spacious lounge/dining area, a full kitchen and laundry. No one else will be in the house during your stay. The unused bedrooms will be locked. Guest access Guests can access the downstairs areas of the house and an upstairs bedroom with covered balcony. If there are two couples, then the other upstairs bedroom with ensuite will be also available. The other bedrooms will be locked and there will be no one else occupying the house during your stay.
