Wellness Stay in Private Home, $235 per room

Our health and wellness property is in a spacious two-storey home with a pool, 6-person spa, full spectrum red light sauna, water bike and seclusion by design. The private bedrooms have queen beds and sleep two per room, with private bathroom. Breakfast of healthy food options is included. The use of the equipment is optional and requires a separate fee to be paid at the property upon check in. Please refer to the property description for a full representation of our hosting services. The space Treat yourself to a relaxing health and wellness stay with facilities including pool with water bike, spa, full spectrum red light sauna and indoor/outdoor space to recover, unwind and decompress. Great for everyone from recovering athletes to seniors on the mend. Our property is quiet and located near walking paths in the area, great for walks, runs and simply being outdoors but with the amenities of suburban Wollongong and Shellharbour. Take a drive to Jarvis Bay, Greenwell Point for fresh oysters, the South Coast and Southern Tablelands, all within short drives and worth the visit. Healthy breakfast items are on the menu along with a complimentary bottle of wine in the loft area by the rooms. You can take advantage of the covered deck barbecue and weather permitting, dine outdoors. The area has plenty of restaurant opportunities within a short drive for lunch or dinner with a wide array of Australian and international cuisines. Nearby outdoor activities include the Illawarra Fly Walk (treetop adventure), Minnamurra Rain Forest, numerous beaches, Fitzroy Falls, Jamberoo Water Park and more. Or you can just stay in and relax in a quiet place and book a massage with an outside provider who will come to the property. Spa towels and robes are available upon request. Each room has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, one room has a TV set up for streaming entertainment and a large TV is in the dedicated lounge room with a full array of entertainment. Air conditioning is in the lounge room and each room has a ceiling fan. The lounge room opens to a first-floor deck, perfect for morning coffee or tea or that relaxing glass of wine. Use of Health and Wellness Equipment There is a minimum 2-night stay and room discounts for weekly or monthly stays. The use of all health and wellness equipment is subject to a fee of an additional $100 for two nights and $50 per each night after 2 nights. These fees apply per room booked and will be paid directly to the property upon check in. Guests are encouraged to inform the property of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. All kitchen facilities, the outdoor deck, swimming pool, spa and yards are available as are the house electronics and video/gaming systems.
