Address: Camping Parc des Roches in Saint-Chéron (91, Essonne). 🚗 Free parking for 1 passenger vehicle only 🐶 Only 1 pet allowed (vaccinated) 👙 Pool: bikini for ladies, swim briefs for gentlemen. (=No burkinis, no swim trunks). 🔥GAS: You have only one spare gas cylinder for the duration of your stay. You can change it yourself if needed. By booking, it means that you are able to do so. ⚠️ DETAILED PROPERTY TERMS & CONDITIONS: * 100% SELF-CHECK-IN AND COMMUNICATIONS: Check-in and check-out are completely self-service (keybox). All instructions and practical details are sent to you in the welcome message. All communication is done EXCLUSIVELY through the platform's messaging system: I do not provide any personal phone number. * MANDATORY INFORMATION FOR THE CAMPSITE: To validate access to the site, you must send me the first and last names of all participants as well as a contact phone number upon booking, at the express request of the campsite management. * CAPACITY AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The maximum capacity of 6 people is suitable only for families with children or babies (ideally 2 to 3 adults max + children). Stays for more than 3 adults (or 6 adults) are strongly discouraged for comfort reasons (the sofa bed is an extra, and the single beds of 80 cm are of standard mobile home dimensions). * SIMPLE ACCOMMODATION AND LOW PRICE: This is a basic, functional, pre-owned mobile home with no hotel amenities and no TV. The very affordable price is set accordingly. * NO PRODUCTS PROVIDED: You are renting the mobile home only. No consumables or essentials are provided (remember to bring your toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, etc.). * CLEANING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Cleaning is not included. The property must be returned perfectly clean and tidy (dishes done and put away, trash disposed of in the containers near the reception). * LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases and towels not provided. * STRICTLY NO REFUNDS / GESTURES OF GOODWILL: Once the stay is booked, no refunds or gestures of goodwill will be granted, regardless of any requests or claims made on site. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This mobile home is located in a residential park exclusively reserved for vacations and leisure: business trips are strictly prohibited, and the campground management may block access to offenders without refund. IMPORTANT - Turn off the light, fan, heater, etc. - Close doors and windows - Put key, beep and bracelets back in the key box. - No smoking allowed. - Any damage or theft will be charged. - Provide a phone number and a photocopy of your ID if of a nationality other than French (campsite rules). - For PETS, only 1 pet is allowed.
