Kiln Nook, Stokenham

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you. The space All bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are provided. The lounge has a comfortable sofa facing French doors that open out on to your own patio area. There is a double bed, a fantastic 'wet room' that has the latest digital electric power shower, under-floor heating, heated towel rail and mosaic tiled walls. The south facing area has views out over Start Bay to the sea in the distance, sun loungers and a bistro table and chairs. There is plenty of secure off-road parking in front of the property Guest access Guests will be able to use the private patio area and lawn adjacent to Kiln Nook. Other things to note We usually take Friday to Friday bookings in July and August. But do ask. Please note from November we will be having some building work done on our house( furthest away from the Nook). It maybe noisy during the day in the week but quiet at the weekends. There will still be plenty of parking but will be building equipment on the drive. This will be finished in January 2025.
