Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more! The space The annexe is very comfortable for two/three guests or two adults with 2 small children. Plenty of off road parking in front of the property. The property is approached through a wrought iron gate, up a few steps and a short path, leading onto a flat garden with patio area and lawn which has a garden table and chairs for your use. There is gas central heating in all rooms. The annexe has its own separate entrance from the garden and is on the ground floor. The kitchen has a half size fridge, microwave/conventional oven, toaster and kettle. There is also an air fryer, a slow cooker, egg boiler, and egg poacher, as well as microwaveable containers. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are provided. There is a dining table and chairs at one end of the lounge and a click clack sofa bed sette, Smart TV. There is one step from the lounge into the bedroom which has a King size bed. The bathroom has large walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. Soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper are provided.
