Laurel Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of the wonderful village of Franschhoek. Our three self-catering suites all share a private garden, plunge pool and outdoor barbeque area. The perfect place to relax and unwind, providing an excellent base for visiting the local area, which has so much to offer. Each suite has a kitchen, a lounge with flat screen TV and DStv (hotel package), free Wi-Fi, and backup inverter power. The suites also offer excellent security and off-street parking. The space This air-conditioned suite features a fully-equipped kitchen with bar stools, connected to a comfortable open plan lounge with a TV (with DStv Hotel Package) and free Wi-Fi access. There is a backup power inverter to keep things running in case of loadshedding. The suite has excellent security and offers off-street parking. The suite sleeps 2 – there is a king size bed and just above it is a skylight. The modern bathroom has a large shower and another skylight. This suite is situated above the other two suites, with a large private balcony overlooking the shared pool and barbeque area. There are super views of the surrounding Franschhoek mountains. The balcony has an awning that can be rolled out for those warm summer days where you can relax or dine at the table and chairs. The suite also features a circular window with interesting views of the wonderful town around you. Should you decide to take a break from relaxing at the suite, you can get out and about with the many activities in the area. The list is endless. Or simply take a 10 minute stroll into the vibrant Franschhoek village to sample some of the many culinary delights. Along with the world renowned restaurants, Franschhoek village has many shops and galleries, where you can shop and browse to your heart's content. Guest access You have separate entrance access at all times. There is a refreshing plunge pool in an enclosed private garden for those balmy summer days. There are also barbeque facilities, perfect for entertaining. The pool, backyard and barbeque area are shared with the other two suites.
