There is air conditioning with cooling, heating and ventilation (HVAC) throughout the apartment. Guest access The apartment is rented out completely and is not shared with anyone else. It is located on the second floor of the building, with the building staircase and lift being the only common spaces shared with the neighbours of the building. Other things to note The pricing is for up to 2 people staying at the apartment. There is an extra guest fee charge of €15 per person, per night after 2 guests, for guests over the age of 18. There is a Tourist VAT Tax of €6.25 per person, per night, to be payed in cash, on arrival to the apartment. This is charged for guests over 16 years of age y for a máximum if 7 days.
