No 1A the stables is a spacious apartment set in the beautiful rural hills of Wales. The space No 1 A The Stables is a spacious ground floor apartment, which sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It’s set in the beautiful Cain Valley. The entrance is a wooden gate opposite St Myllin’s church. The apartment is part of a converted stable courtyard. There is a converted porch with seating area where smoking is permitted by the front door which is a furnished conservatory entrance. All rooms are spacious, comprising of large living room, deluxe sofa bed and the room has a TV + a fully furnished large kitchen with fully fitted kitchen equipment. A double bedroom with a cot if needed and a tv. The bathroom has a shower . Easy access , all one level . The countryside is second to none with stunning walks (The Lonely Tree) , horse trekking, lakes + sailing and many more outside activities, see broachers. Famous Lake Vyrnwy and Llanrhaeadr waterfall are 20 minutes away.. The town has a leisure centre with swimming pool, squash courts, gym + tennis courts with St Myllin’s holy well just a few minutes walk. Petrol station 3 miles out of town. Llangynog renowned mountain biking trails under 30 minutes away. With several castles to explore. Special consideration has been made for the more mature guests and for those with physical impairment. We have tried to make the apartment as totally inclusive as possible, parking outside + large car park minutes away. The town has surgery, hotel, 3 friendly local pubs, 2 cafes , a restaurant, fish + chips shop, spar, Daisy blue boutique, wishing well gift shop, butchers and a Laundrette. House rules: No smoking inside the property, No parties / events. As there are neighbours, no unnecessary noise. no pets Guest access Guests can access all of the spacious ground floor, the ground floor includes a kitchen area, living room, bedroom, conservatory/ porch area which are all spacious areas! Other things to note Llansanffraid is only 10 minute drive from Llanfyllin, and it has 2 pubs, a restaurant, an Indian Restaurant/ takeaway , petrol station, cafe, fish+ chip shop. Llanrhaedr is a 20 minute drive from Llanfyllin, it has a Kebab shop, Indian restaurant/ takeaway, Cafe, 2 pubs, local butchers, local convenient store and The famous Llanrhaedr waterfall which is stunning! Llanwddyn is a 20 minute drive from Llanfyllin, which has many outdoor activities such as shooting, bike hire which also offer electric bicycles, fishing in the lake for a full day or half day. It has a tower restaurant & lounge offering delicious food and afternoon tea. It also has a Tavern Brasserie which serves lovely lunch and dinner meals. The last grouse is a friendly pub with pool table and dart board and all is dog friendly.
