Chez Pufo - Split Level Flat in the Heart of Town

A bright, breezy split - level flat with one and a half bathrooms just off Carera street, the main square and the port as well as the old town beach. All sights are within a couple of minutes walking and so are the restaurants and bars. The parking is located at the bottom of the street and the first part of it is asphalt which then turns into cobblestone as you approach the building. The flat faces an inner courtyard and is located on the second floor (very steep stairs :/ ) of an old building. The space The flat is cosy and bright, very breezy as it’s got quite a few windows and is air-conditioned on both levels. A half bathroom is on the main floor while the main bathroom is upstairs off the loft bedroom which has a queen bed, a small single bed and a rollaway bed. There are shutters throughout and blinds on the roof windows. Though t’s very centrally located the flat is pretty quiet through most of the year as it faces an inner courtyard inbetween various houses as opposed to the main street. Guest access Guests have the flat to themselves. Other things to note Please note that ufortunately the stairs to get to the flat are very steep (there are 25 of them in total), typical in Venetian buildings in the old town. Not safe for guests with mobility issues, and even the most mobile guests have to take very good care when walking up or down, especially with luggage. More potential for noise in the summer but mostly quiet outside the main tourist season.
