Relax & stay cosy & warm by the wood fire as you gaze out over the rolling green hills of Johanna to the ocean - explore the farm with a walk to the river or meet friendly farm animals. Peaceful & serene, you wont be disturbed, but if you need assistance your hosts are happy to help. The space Ideally situated midway on the great ocean road - central to all the highlights so sightseeing is relaxed and easy. 12 Apostles and Apollo Bay 45 min drive - with Otway National Park walks and waterfalls just 20 minutes drive. Excellent base to do the Great Ocean walk with Johanna beach step on point just 4kms down the road. Return to the peace and quiet of your private cottage at the end of a wonderful day touring the region - There really is so much to see and do in the region - or do nothing and enjoy the seclusion. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the farm - Check with us first for insights into best walks, and where to find guest share garden, orchard, chicken house, river walk, fishing pond, our house/office, etc..... Other things to note Pets are welcome by prior arrangement - let us know size/breed/number. Conditions apply - We provide feedbowls, towels, quilted rug, and the cottage has a yard. Pets should be supervised at all times and never left on property unsupervised, welcome inside the cottage but not in bedrooms or on furniture. Lead on when exploring the farm - but ask us about off lead areas too. Note - we have installed satellite internet on the farm - low bandwidth - WiFi password is detailed in the welcome note we leave in the cottage.
