Shortlands Caravan (A peaceful haven)

The caravan offers a peaceful retreat, with stunning views of our valley here, and a short walk will get you to the church or halfway up Southleigh hill where there is a panorama of picturesque views. Once out of the valley, theres a host of scenic wooded walks or visit Blackbury Camp The Honey farm is worth a stop off, they sell home produced honey and jams etc, plus they have a café. Seaton, Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth & Lyme Regis are nearby; with both Sidmouth and Lyme having sandy beaches. The space The caravan is modern, with shower room, comfortable lounge area; this having television. WiFi is a bit hit or miss sometimes, our boosted signal from the house isn’t always good. Ask if you would like a table on the decking. I will put chairs on there. Bedding, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers I supply at extra cost… mainly to cover cleaning and extra time/electric. I will supply towels if asked. If you need extra kitchen items, I then please ask for items, if you do. Guest access Parking is in our yard, for 1 car or the farmers yard, if you have 2 cars, with access over the river and through the apple trees. Then access is round the rear of the caravan to the front decking and steps. Access key is in the keysafe, code given nearer to the time of rental. If you want to bring a chair round from the decking and sit under the apple trees, listening to the river flow by. We are motorcycle friendly and can offer secure parking for your beast. Up to two bikes in one go and a third at a pinch. Other things to note I would appreciate if you’ve been exploring, that you clean off mud etc from your foot ware and the dog (if you have one). The price of £15 per pet is chargeable on or before arrival. Pets must be kept in the lounge area and are not allowed in bedrooms or bathroom. I make a small charge for a travel cot. Bedding - £8 for a double set - £6 for a single, or bring your own. Towels please bring if you can!
