Our apartment is located about 3 km from Lindau on Lake Constance and is therefore an ideal starting point for numerous excursion options in the border triangle of Germany-Austria Switzerland. The cozy apartment was newly created in 2016. A separate external spiral staircase leads directly to the entrance area on the 1st floor. The total size is about 33 square meters and consists of entrance area, 1 bedrooms, 1 combination. Kitchen/living area and 1 bathroom. Ideal for 2 people. The space The entrance area is equipped with wardrobe, wall mirror and a household cabinet, as well as ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. For the balcony there is a small table and 2 chairs with comfortable pads. The bedroom has a size of 11 sqm and is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a wardrobe with mirror. The combined living/dining area also has a size of 11 square meters and is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle, as well as cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, wall mirror and hair dryer. The existing bed linen, towels and towels, as well as tea towels complete your relaxing stay with us.
