The Petite Mer de Gâvres and its entire coastline are a stone's throw away. Shops, restaurants nearby. The space On request, we provide young parents with a folding crib with mattress, a high chair and a small bathtub. Guest access Guests have the whole place to themselves and a large private terrace leading to a landscaped garden with a hut area for the little ones. Access to a large lawn area on the side of the house. A private parking space is assigned to you. There's a bike storage room. Other things to note In order to ensure tranquility and rest for all occupants of the cottages, people not included in the reservation are not accepted day or night. In other words, it is not possible to have friends or family in the property and accommodation. For added comfort, you can ask before you check in: Linen option: 5 euros per bed/stay (bed made) Two towels per person are available. Extra towels (5 euros) upon request. These services will be paid on-site. We want to make our guests aware of energy consumption: 5 euro of Edf per day are included in the rate (average observed) In case of excess consumption, a readjustment will be requested from the guest. We provide young parents with a free travel crib with mattress, high chair and small bathtub. In order to offer you the best rates, we do not systematically charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking. It is therefore your responsibility to return the accommodation to the clean condition found on arrival (floor, sanitary facilities, kitchen and bathroom...) If you prefer to opt for the cleaning option (45 euros), please let me know. The option will be paid on site. The house is not suitable for animals. The accommodation is non-smoking, but you can smoke outside and/or take the hiking trail that passes nearby... Please let us know if there are any specific requests that can improve your stay.
