HOMEABOUT CERVANTES Apartment 30 (2BT 1BR)

Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced. The flat is located on a second floor, ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it. • Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright. There is a 2 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater). • Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm. • Bedroom 2: It is also equipped with a big double bed of 150cm. • Bathroom: Complete bathroom. • Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities. EXTRAS RULES • Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it. • To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat. • It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces. • Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times. • People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted. • Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants. • There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building. • Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet. Our guests can contact us anytime, we will try to satisfy their requests the best as we can: touristic information, where to go, where to eat, if they have any issue in the flat, etc… • Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm. • Our staff will ask for your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance. • Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
