South Facing Lakeside Lodge - Perfect for Families

A beautifully light and spacious, south facing, New England style property. Enjoy a lovely drink on the enclosed sun drenched deck or wander round the complex grounds and enjoy free use of everything from tennis courts, childrens playground, football or even Boules pitch. There is a great mix of activities for every age group Fishing is permitted on the Lakes, you can actually do this from your very own deck! Non-motorised water sports can be enjoyed on Windrush Lake. The space Entering into the property you are greeted with well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Everything is provided so you just need to bring the food! Stepping from the kitchen into the large open plan lounge and diner you will immediately be struck by the fantastic south facing view afforded through the french doors and onto the decking with it's table and chairs, BBQ and sun parasol. The lounge itself has a large smart TV and free Wifi. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 8 people comfortably so is the ideal place to enjoy a good meal after a day of exploring with the family. Off the dining area there is a small utility area with a washing machine and that in turn leads to a spacious downstairs shower room. Upstairs you will find four good sized bedrooms: The master bedroom with full length window overlooking the lake, has a king-size bed, smart TV, en-suite shower and WC. Bedroom 2 can be set up as either a twin room or a super king with zip-linked beds Bedroom 3 has a double bed and looks out to the front of the property and the pretty courtyard style garden space Bedroom 4 can also be set up as either a twin room or a super king with zip-linked beds to give you the maximum flexibility. All bedrooms have good storage and black out curtains or blinds. A travel cot is available on request but we ask you to provide your own cot linen. The upstairs is complete with a family bathroom incorporating a double ended bath with fixed over-head shower and useful hand shower attachment. Guest access The whole property is available for use. Within the complex we also have a children's play area, table tennis pavilion, three tennis courts and a couple of football goal nets.
