The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, casseroles, a blender, juicer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, electric oven and microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, all kitchen utensils... etc., in general everything you need. The building has an elevator, a full bathroom with a bathtub-shower and bidet, a living-dining room, and a terrace.
