Villa Totti is situated on the main road in the centre of the village, close to the restaurants and shops. Hop on a bus to Sorrento (2 km), walk to the nearest beach or chill out on a poolside terrace by your own private plunge pool (4 x 3.6 m). When the sun goes down, pop some fresh fish on the barbecue and dine al fresco on the partially shaded patio (70 m²). Spread over three floors (200 m²), the interiors are simple but stylish, with dazzling white walls, tiled floors and a contemporary feel. The ground-floor living room has an L-shaped sofa, fireplace and patio access through French windows. A lift removes the hassle of carrying bags to the upper floors. The kitchen also leads on to the patio and is well-equipped with everything you need, from a 5-ring hob, electric oven and fridge-freezer to dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table for six. From the patio, there is a pleasant view of the garden. The green hedges and ad hoc plants form a natural fence to ensure privacy. The owners have comfortably furnished the external area, which is ideal for lunches or dinners with friends. The patio, courtyard, external stairs, and garden are well-illuminated, therefore welcoming use of the outdoor area, night or day. Access to the main door of the Villa is via a short path a few meters long, with a slight incline. GROUND FLOOR THE LIVING ROOM has an elegant luminous white wooden parquet floor. The area is spacious and well lit, due to the two large French doors that overlook the entrance courtyard. It is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a beautiful modern fireplace, air conditioning and heating. The flat screen TV, located on a light wooden sideboard, flows in continuity with the white parquet. Access is through the main door of the Villa or from the French doors that open out onto the patio. THE KITCHEN area is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a double-door refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, a table for four and other small kitchen appliances.
