Loders large cottage with a view

A period cottage with character on the edge of a quiet hamlet yet within a few miles from Bridport and only 4 miles to the Jurassic coastline. The cottage is of large proportions with sitting room with huge inglenook open fire place, separate child play room with sofa bed, 3 good size bedrooms, family bathroom (dated) and modern ensuite shower room with the master bedroom. One parking space to the rear and on street parking to the front. Rear garden which continues to farmland and hills. The space Peace tranquillity in a small hamlet but walking distance to 2 pubs (both roughly a 1/4 mile stroll away). Guest access Guest will be able to access the whole house - Some wardrobe space and drawer space will be taken with the owners things but there will be space provided to store your own clothes in wardrobes and chest of drawers. One drawer in the fridge will not be available and some of the freezer. The timber lodge in the garden will not be available to use. Other things to note The property is located on the outskirts of a village fairly close to a dairy farm. Sometimes you will get the noise of cows mooing and the smell of 'country air'! Please note that this is a family house most of the year round. Space is made for storage of guests clothes and belongings, along with space for food etc. However, there will some personal belongings stored away too. The property will be cleaned to a high standard on every stay.
