Featured in popular travel magazines. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor (ground floor + 1) of a period building dating back to 1939. Facing a quiet tree-lined street in the emerging neighborhood of Bologna, it is within walking distance of the city center. Being an architect, Beatrice completely redesigned the interior in 2016, aiming to preserve its old-fashioned charm, particularly by maintaining the original checkerboard floor and enhancing the impact of natural light. The master bedroom boasts a 180cm Japanese bed with a memory-foam topper, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony. The second bedroom features a 140cm bed with a memory-foam topper and a desk, so that it can be used as a study room. The second bathroom, accessible from the corridor, features a large shower. Both rooms face the courtyard, ensuring a quiet and bright ambiance, especially in the morning. Please be aware that there is a step between the living room and the area with bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest access Our guests enjoy access to all spaces within the apartment. Feel free to peruse our books, indulge in movies from our (now historical) DVD collection or via streaming on the smart TV. You're welcome to listen to music from the Bluetooth stereo, utilize the kitchen for cooking, and avail yourself of the washing machine. Other things to note Our guests are always welcome. We only ask them to take care of the apartment, especially the kitchen and the floor, and everything that's in it.
