It is nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape of Tuscany and offers a magnificent view of the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, the old Segelari castle, and the nearby coast. From “Santa Agata,” you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the sea. In just 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the romantic village of Castagneto Carducci perched on a hill. Here, you can indulge in various restaurants or relax in one of the cafés to end the day. Bolgheri, famous for its wines, is about 10 kilometers away. The beautiful sandy beach and the small seaside resort of Marina di Castagneto Carducci are 8-15 minutes by car (6-10 km). Here, you’ll find several kilometers of sandy beach, dunes, and pine forests. The popular Golfo di Baratti beach is about 30 minutes by car. The nearby town of San Vincenzo is also worth a visit. On the fenced property, there is the main house with 4 apartments, each with a separate entrance. Wi-Fi, a barbecue, ample garden furniture, and a washing machine are available to all guests. “Santa Agata” has its own spring. A well-maintained natural road (50 m) leads to “Santa Agata,” and this road is not paved. In 8-10 minutes by car, you can reach Donoratico, where you will find various supermarkets, and Cecina offers additional shopping options such as Aldi, Lidl, and many others. “Santa Agata” has a special atmosphere, and many of our guests return regularly. Over the years, many good relationships have formed.
