This beautiful bespoke home is one of two properties built on the site of an old bakery in the heart of Redland. Bringing a modern and contemporary edge to a traditionally Georgian street, it's curved walls and sleek interior give a truly unique experience. This property is in a prime location for exploring Whiteladies & Gloucester Rd which both host an array of bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the beautiful open spaces of Bristol downs as well as the historic Clifton Village. The space Located just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Whiteladies Road, guests will have the entire place to themselves and access to the whole house. The downstairs space has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a sofa, chair, coffee table, dining table and TV for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped for the home away from home experience. Past the kitchen there is a downstairs toilet and a bedroom with a double bed as well as storage for clothes. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a shower as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and storage for clothes. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest as well as bath mats, hand towels and a tea towel. Guest access Guests will have private access access to the whole house with self check in. Other things to note If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will be happy to accommodate this where possible. Lost keys will be charged at £50. Polite notice - Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down after 10pm, thank you. No parties or additional guests at the house. Strictly no smoking within the property - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
