New 3 bedroom house with private parking

This vacation rental has a large terrace (east and south) and offers views of the garden and private pétanque court as well as free private parking and a garage. It consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, open to the dining room and a sitting area with flat screen TV, 3 bedrooms (2 160 beds and 2 90 beds) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. It also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note FOR INFORMATION, work is underway for the installation of a swimming pool as well as a technical room, and is located 9 meters in front of the house (after the gravel driveway where vehicles are parked). The petanque court is closed during the works. For single-night stays, linens and towels can be provided at an extra cost of €20. Cleaning must be done before checkout unless otherwise agreed together.
