Welcome to 'The Annex'! We are located within a three minute walk of central Framlingham on a private no-through road. Our aim of The Annex is to create a quiet, comfortable and private fun space. We have ensured The Annex is suited for anyone by keeping the bedroom and all the amenities you need on the ground floor. The road is so quiet that you will hear the birds sing, especially when you sit in the private outside area in the morning sun. There is aCoOp in the town 2 garages, 4 pubs. The space The Annex is modern comprising of a large main area downstairs which comprises of a double bedroom with Smart TV, kitchen, dining table and shower room. The upstairs living room (chill out room) has a sofa and chair, a Smart TV with streaming, a galaxy star light (extra fun) and an old school record deck and records. This enables our guests to choose whether you enjoy using the downstairs or use the whole space. We have tried hard to ensure all the little extras and comforts have been thought about, including an independent heating control. The space is most ideal for two people, however we have added the extra option of a third person on a single memory foam bed at an additional charge of £25 per night, as three people can work fine too or two people who may require separate beds. There is no additional charge for 2 people wanting separate beds. + Shower - A spacious powerful shower with unlimited hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner. + Bedroom - Double bed with comfortable hotel bedding, black out blinds and 26" Smart TV connected to the internet with Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV, More 4, YouTube. + Kitchen - Dual hot plate, Fridge, Combination Microwave/Oven, Toaster and all the utensils you could need. + Living Room - Record Deck, 32" Smart TV, 3 seater sofa, arm chair and memory foam full size single Z Bed if required. + If the booking is for 2 people the single bed will be made. If the booking is for 2 people and you need the single bed please advise before arrival so it is ready for you. + Dinning Area - Folding table and chairs for your convenience. +WiFi - BT super fast fibre broadband running at speeds of 128kbps connection in The Annex which works fast in the whole space. Guest access + Access is via a private entrance with a key safe. + The whole Annex and private patio area + Parking space - once you park up, there is no need to get back into your vehicle to head into Framlingham.
