The space ** All weekend bookings (2 nights) will include Friday evening entry from 3pm and stay till Sunday 7pm, so you can drive up from Sydney after peak hour and wake up in your holiday Saturday morning :) No extra charge ** Restored and expanded fisherman’s cottage with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen and fire place. Cosy in winter thanks to the wood burning fireplace and cool in summer, this house is perfect in any season. All bedrooms feature reverse cycle air conditioners for cool summers and toasty winter nights. There are fans on the balcony and in the living room. The lounge and dining area is spacious and features vintage leather lounges, an eclectic art collection and cosy rugs. There’s a large selection of books, DVDs, games, Apple TV, Chromecast and high speed internet. (There is no Foxtel or free to air TV) Out the back you have a large BBQ, large shaded deck with outdoor table seating for 8 and a comfy daybed, plus the huge backyard. Extremely well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large stove and oven and stovetop espresso plus microwave. Tons of high quality utensils, pots, pans and cast iron cookware. Large family fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Laundry facilities including front loading washing machine and dryer. Bathtub in one bathroom, rainwater shower in the other. Two toilets. All beds have mattress protectors, lots of pillows, and quality cotton bedsheets. Three large, air conditioned bedrooms: Bed 1: Queen. Bed 2: Queen plus daybed (suitable for a child) - Cot available on request. Bed 3: Bunk (Double/single) plus single bed sleeps 4 total. Two adult bikes and two child’s bike available for your use (BYO helmets) Two adult and one children’s kayak available for use including life jackets. All linen and bath towels are provided. Just bring your groceries and settle in. Cots & highchair available free of charge on request. *** PLEASE NOTE *** // Not available for schoolies, parties or events. // Well behaved dogs allowed but we ask they are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. All poops to be collected and disposed of. // Noise complaints from our neighbours result in immediate eviction with no refund // There is a fourth bedroom (Queen) available on request for bookings of 7 nights or more. This is our personal bedroom and requires special setup so the minimum charge for this room is $1100 - ($150 per night for a minimum 7 nights, plus $50 cleaning fee). Guest access You have access to three of the total four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is our own, and can be rented by negotiation. Get in touch if this is of interest to you. Other things to note Our freezer is usually pretty full, but you will definitely have one drawer for your use. please message us if you’re staying for longer than a weekend and need a lot of freezer space.
