Cosy detached house near Frankfurt, with a large garden and a covered outdoor seating area. House furnished in country style. All necessary shops within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Pizzeria, ice cream parlour and restaurants. There are 3 swimming lakes and excursion destinations within a 5-15 km radius. Airport and city of Frankfurt can be reached in about 30 minutes. Hanau and Aschaffenburg in about 15 minutes. Wallbox for e-cars with card. Public sauna and indoor pool within walking distance. The space The entire house is available for exclusive use. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary furnishings. Living room with sofa and armchair. Dining room with dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher. 2 bedrooms each with a 140x200cm bed, and a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. All rooms have wardrobes for use. 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub. Household room with washing machine and dryer. Another room and the basement are used by the owners outside of the rental for private purposes. Guest access The house is completely at the tenant's disposal with the exception of the basement and a room. The outbuildings such as sheds and garage are not available for use. On the property there is a parking space for one car. The road is a dead end, so there is no through traffic! Your e-car or plug-in hybrid can be charged with an RFID card on the in-house wallbox. Other things to note In the village center of Großkrotzenburg near Frankfurt am Main and airport. The house is an old building from 1926 and was lovingly renovated, but not a new building. If something breaks, please report it so that it can be replaced. Food may be used, please top up each time. There is a swimming lake in the village and within a few kilometers there are 3 more swimming lakes. The old town of Grossauheim and Seligenstadt is worth seeing and offers traditional restaurants. To the river Main it is 5 minutes, ideal for cycling, jogging, or walking. Grosskrotzenburg is located exactly in the middle between Hanau and Aschaffenburg. The Brothers Grimm, world famous for their fairy tales, come from Hanau. Aschaffenburg offers an old castle and is located on the Main. Ancient Roman settlement. Here ran the Limes.
