A spacious, beautifully equipped and self contained holiday cottage, sleeping 4: 1 king size bed, 1 very comfy sofa bed in the lounge, on the River Parrett on the Somerset levels. A brilliant location, 5 minutes off junction 24 of the M5. Perfectly situated for Somerset fun, as well as being a cosy place to chill out. The space This is a totally separate and self-contained cottage with 2 acres of outside space for guests to enjoy. It is very private, with the only likely disturbance coming from a cockerel, or at night, a passing Badger! Its lovely and warm with central heating, or a wood burner with unlimited logs at no extra cost. This cottage is converted to a high specification with modern fixtures and fittings. There is plenty of space: a separate bathroom with shower, a large kitchen with seating to look over the paddock, a double bedroom and a very large sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. A private enclosed garden with patio with an orchard and paddock for the use of guests with dogs, children or both. Livestock will need to be respected, if grazing. Inside, there is a modern kitchen with a glass fronted wall overlooking the paddock. For those cosy evenings, there is a modern wood burning stove with unlimited logs. Guest access Whole cottage, free parking, garden, paddock and orchard (there maybe sheep in the orchard), but they are v friendly! Other things to note Toys for children can be provided as can a travel cot and high chair on request. Babysitting service is available on request for dogs or children! A single zed bed is also available for a child, if required for a family of 5.
