A wonderful, newly decorated and comfortable traditional stone house with all the modern amenities on the private seafront, ideal for families who enjoy and appreciate relaxing time off waking up and going to sleep with the waves sounds and sea breeze The space Our traditional stone house was recently refurbished with much love and attention - you are going to feel like home (only better) with so much comfort here! There is a cosy kitchen/dining/living area with AC, three bedrooms (two of them with AC, the third is with garden view, shady and almost never gets hot), and an upper terrace (connected directly to the apartment) for early morning cup of coffee or enjoyable evenings with friends and family. Each room has two beds that can be divided or connected, sidetables and a wardrobe. Master bedroom has a small working spot and private bathroom (there are two bathrooms). The house is equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, cooking hob, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Washing machine available for guest use on the ground floor. For people enjoying barbecue there are two options - grill in the yard or in the refreshing garden on the back. WiFi available and working. We can provide baby cot upon your request. You will enjoy our private beach (no pebbles or sand, though, just a plain concrete "riva" entrance to the sea with stairs for easy in&out experience), catching sun at the waterfront, having a nightcap by the sea or on the upper terrace with astonishing view over the Betina bay. Guest access You will be the only guests in the house, since the whole first floor is one large apartment (around 80m2). The private beach is not entirely visually hidden from neighbouring houses, but it is not accessible to anyone but you - my parents occasionally use the beach just to have a swim. We have a private parking spot close to the house, included in price. Mooring for boats up to 7m available and free of charge! The parking is not large enough for trailer parking, but that can be found nearby.
