The L-shaped layout features open-plan living with folding doors that open onto a sunny, west-facing pool deck, ideal for alfresco dining and long, lazy afternoons in the sun. Inside, the living/dining area offers a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings, while outside, a fantastic built-in braai area sets the scene for memorable outdoor meals. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, shelter from the wind, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The home also includes a secure double garage with direct access and a beam security system for peace of mind. Other things to note This is a self catering house, with easy access to shops nearby. We can give recommendations as you need them. Grocery shopping can be done for you ready for your arrival. It is advisable to give us a few days to arrange it. It is also possible to order online at Checkers 60 minutes Free Wifi is provided Inverter and Battery for lights/TV/wifi use during Loadshedding. There is a wonderful fireplace which makes the house cosy on cooler days. We have an H20 water filter fitted to minimise plastic pollution. It is not necessary to buy bottled water. Please help our planet. A Nespresso machine is provided with a small stock of pods for your enjoyment. Please bring extra Nespresso (only) pods for your stay as there is no Nespresso supplier in Plett. A Bose bluetooth speaker is available for music A gas Weber barbeque for your use. Please switch off gas after use and use the drip tray. The pool has a net which can be fitted if you have small children and we supply a camp cot and feeding chair. The house has a security alarm and armed response service. (Smhart Alarms) Beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The house is prepared for your arrival, and cleaned after your departure. You are charged a service fee for this as is often the case with Airbnb rentals. A char is available during your stay at a daily rate. For stays of 4 days and more, and more than 4 guests, we suggest that a char comes in to assist with cleaning and making beds. I will confirm the rate with you depending on weekend or week days.
