Vacation villa 40 m from the sea

House of the 30s redone and enlarged in 2012 of 120 m2 in a Property enclosed by walls, of about 1200 m2, labeled 3 keys "clévacances" and 3 stars 2 Terraces: to the east with 180° sea view and to the south of the property on the garden side Saturday/Saturday rental in priority in summer (June to September) Possibility of short stays of 2/3 nights the other months except school holidays 2 closed garages: 1 with table tennis table, wood for fireplace The space Large dining area with sea view and terrace access 2 lounges: one with fireplace and 120 cm flat screen TV and Blu-ray disc player, another quieter and a TV work table possibly in the veranda where the internet box is Comfort If pet: 40 euro per stay Each bed has a duvet but blankets can be provided Guest access The property is rented in its entirety and not shared It is possible to add another house for 2 or 3 people with direct communication possible (blocked otherwise) whose entrance is different (rue de la fontaine) The rental price is given for 6 people. Beyond 6 people, add 10 euros per day per additional person The accommodation is provided with bed protectors as well as duvets. A kit with comforter cover and pillowcases can be provided for 40 euros per bed. Bed made: 40 euros for the 140 cm bed. 30 euros for the 90 cm bed, 30 euros if bed is made A towel kit (large and small): 8 euros per person Towel and hand towel kit: 5 euros Other things to note Check-ins are on Saturday at 2pm/4pm and checkouts on Saturday at 10:30am for weekly rentals and short stays but they can be flexible if necessary
