Description
You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona The space It's a totally self contained annexe, with a spacious kitchen/diner, sitting room (large sofa bed), also a fold out single bed in living room area - king size bed in main bedroom, shower room, and toilet / also a downstairs cloakroom. (single pull out bed is in the same room as the sofa bed allows people to have the option of sleeping arrangements) Part of a 17th century thatched house, in the idyllic village of Hornton. We are a few miles away from both wedding venues , Hadsham and Primrose Farm, making it a perfect place to rest those weary feet ! With its easy access to London and Birmingham from Banbury by train. Free car parking for up to 3 cars on our drive otherwise on the road. ( which is free ) There is plenty of room for up to 5 Guests. You might want to pack your slippers for extra comfort (Stone floor in kitchen/dining area) PLEASE BOOK any meals or events you plan to see as they get full very quickly … see my guide PLEASE let us know a rough idea of time of arrival so we can make sure we are here to welcome you - or direct you if we are not in ! Guest access A part of the garden has been designated for guests. Also off road parking for up to 3 cars Other things to note The annexe is part of our house, with its own entrance. Which we use when we have family to stay, so please don't be tempted to take anything home with you, as these are our personal belongings. Also it's a pet free, smoke free environment. *Reason for not allowing young children is the fairly steep wooden stairs and hard floors also a small pond near the annexe !
