This property is off the electricity grid. The space The newly built cottage has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Constantia. The space is beautifully decorated, clean and practical, with the latest Smeg appliances and technology and ample storage space. The cottage has its own private exclusive use swimming pool in the cottage garden. The cottage has a wood burning Charnwood Fireplace. It is particularly suitable for couples wishing to explore Cape Town and all it has to offer and business travelers looking for a suitably equipped live and work space being a mere 20 minute drive from the CBD. The space offers hi speed uncapped WiFi and DSTV on the Smart Tv which also offers Netflix should you wish to sign into your account. WiFi continues to work during electricity load shedding. The cottage is serviced daily and laundry and ironing can be done on the premises for guests at a fee. Laundry is charged at R155 per load. Laundry is done at guest’s own risk and we do not take responsibility for any damage to garments. Property has its own water. Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of the cottage and surrounding landscaped garden, as well as a private swimming pool.
