Walking 8-10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and 5 minutes from Hospital San Pau. The space It is a very special and very elegant penthouse with all the luxury finishes and decoration. Very close 8-10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia in a very quiet and well connected neighborhood. It has a spectacular private terrace designed by Gandia Blasco, the designers of the famous Nikki Beach (beach clubs), and the pools of the finest hotels in the world! (My terrace design is from the Na Xemena collection, which won International Outdoor Furniture Design awards). There are no more neighbors above so you can sunbathe in total privacy. At night, you can enjoy a spectacular dinner with a special light that only illuminates the plants. I have an outdoor shower on the terrace with 2 different water positions to shower and cool off if you sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories, oven, microwave. There is a large window and a table with 2 chairs so you can eat there with direct views of the Sagrada Familia basilica. I have high-speed WiFi and powerful air conditioning. The sleeping mattress and pillows are made with the Nucol system and tested in the sleep clinic by Dr. Estivill. For people with low back or fibromyalgia it improves sleep quality. For all reservations in my apartment, you will have a cleaning lady who will come once a week to clean the apartment, the terrace and change sheets and towels. This will be my courtesy to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. I have sports accessories at your disposal in the apartment and you also have a very complete gym 2 blocks from the apartment of the famous DYR gym chain. The building is very safe and nice and equipped with video surveillance cameras. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * I am flexible for your entrance or exit from the apartment. You can check in early or check out a little later than the scheduled time if you need to, as long as there is no other reservation and as long as it is possible.
