Loft-like Studio in the middle of Sternschanze

My very beautiful loft-style attic apartment is located in the middle of Sternschanze, surrounded by hip trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Underground and S-Bahn are within walking distance. The apartment has a large room with huge double window doors directly above the "Neuer Pferdemarkt". A sleeping corner (large double bed), an integrated living and dining area, a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a large, newly renovated bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. The space The kitchen is fully equipped, has three coffee machines (French Press, mocha and Senseo) and of course, during the stay can be fully used. Due to the large double doors and Velux windows, the apartment is very bright. It has a great view of the hustle and bustle on the Sternschanze! Other things to note I rent my apartment on weekends when I'm not there. The apartment is located in the middle of Schanzenviertel, the streets can be very busy, especially on weekends. With the windows closed you can hardly hear anything from the street (promise!).
