Very comfortable two bedroom unit. One bedroom queen bed the other double with an attached single bunk bed both equipped with fans and heating. Bright open plan Kitchen, living room area with air conditioning looking onto a beautiful relaxing garden, Laundry facilities .Also boasting great undercover BBQ area. Close to Park, newsagent, cafes , beaches, information centre, chocolate factory, Churchill Island and San remo The space The unit boasts a large undercover entertainment out door area with BBQ Inside the main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed . The second bedroom has a double bed with attached single bunk bed both rooms have ceiling fans. There is a washing machine in the laundry . There is a porta cot and high chair if needed . An open plan Kitchen dinning and lounge area looks out onto a beautiful garden . The Lounge area has a flat screen TV with dvd player and media box there is also a video player and iPod charge(URL HIDDEN) Reversible heater ,air conditioner make a very comfortable place to enjoy your getaway .We also have added extra heating in both bedrooms for those very cold nights. You have access to off street parking aswell as parking in the driveway. Guest access whole house , garden area and BBQ and BBQ area Other things to note The Phillip Island information centre is only a 5min walk from the unit directly opposite the chocolate factory and near Churchill island turn off. Closeare a group of shops which include coffee shop and news agent and Fresh fish co opp are within walking distance. Again walking distance is a resturant which is located on Newhaven Peir. There is a Australian wild life Park on the left hand side of the main road just before you enter Cows. I think is worth a visit you will get to feed the kangaroos and wallabies there . If you are planning to see the penguins make sure you dress warm its very cold as you are right on the beach and in the open and it would be a good idea to book as this time of the year can get very busy.
