Apartment in on the first floor and located just 5min walking from the city center and 5min walking to the nearest beach (Kolovare beach). Just around the corner is the supermarket (2min walking). Guest access . Since the apartment is so close to the city center and the beach, you can reach everything you need with short walk. The area is peaceful and safe. Other things to note In the yard of the building is construcion site so you can expect some noise of that,unfortunately beacuse of that we don't have a free parking spots in front of the building,so you must park your car at another parking place wich is about 5min walking distance from the apartment.
