Sunny and quiet, garden-side one-room apartment, south-east terrace, garden view, for 1-2 people (bed 1.40 m wide), kitchen with oven and dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine, quiet location in a cul-de-sac in a three-family house, in a district of Saarbrücken, university in about 10 km, good transport connection, bus stop in 4 minutes walk, bakery and shopping market nearby. Parking is available throughout the street. No pets allowed. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION TAX Overnight guests in Saarbrücken must register with the police from pay an accommodation tax from April 1, 2026. It is 3.5% of the nightly rate, including VAT. The tax base is the amount spent by the lodging guest for the lodging. The operators of the accommodation establishments are responsible for withholding and paying the tax. In addition to traditional hotels, inns, and guesthouses, this also applies to private accommodations on platforms such as Airbnb, vacation rentals, and campsites. The decisive factor is not the time of booking but the period of the stay. I collect the accommodation tax on site. Guests receive a receipt.
