Dimora Caterina is a beautiful Villa with sea view, located in the turistic and private complex of Geremeas, 30 km from Cagliari. The garden with its fruit trees, aromatic plants and typical plants of Mediterranean scrub, surrounds the Villa offering exclusive privacy to its guests. The lawn that extends from the outdoor patio is the right place to sunbathe enjoying sea view. The space ~ "Villa Caterina" is a typical Villa with sea view, with two large patios, one of them wit fireplace, a beautiful lush garden that surrounds the house and rich of fruit trees, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a small kitchen fully equipped, 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. ~ Rooms are bright and furnished with style; one of them has a terrace where you can have breakfast or read a book. In the patio you could have dinner or be confortable after dinner drinking a local wine. ~ Kitchen has fridge, freezer, stove and oven. At your disposal also microwave, toaster and mixer. ~ House is also equipped with washing machine, safe and wifi. ~ There is heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms. ~ The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. Guest access ~ The Villa, with its patios and garden is at your complete disposal. ~ Before your arrival we will ask you for your passport or ID, and we will personally welcome you at your arrival, show you the house and give you the keys. Other things to note *We inform our guests that from 1 June 2025 the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has introduced the tourist tax. The cost amounts to €1 per person per day up to a maximum of 5 days. The tax will be collected in cash directly at the property. * Safety and health are a priority for us. For this reason we want to inform you that before your arrival your accommodation will be cleaned and sanitized according to the WHO indications, giving particular attention to all the surfaces that are touched most frequently. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. * Check in starts from 4pm till 9 pm. * Check in after 9pm is available upon request and subject to approval. * Day use (on request): € 250 * To offer you our best service we need to know your flight number or, if you are not coming by plane, your expected arrival time. Consider that nobody of us lives nearby and we need to plan your arrival in advance. * No cleaning service and linen change are provided during your stay. In case you need it, that must be requested in advance and the price is 150 euros, while the fee for the linen is 10 euros per person * Other services available upon request (fees will be applied): Baby bed and sheets: euro 5 per day (you can pay it at check in time). * Upon request - when booking the Villa- you can ask for beach towels at the price of 5 euro/per beach towels, per stay. * if you lose your key set, a fee of 50 euros will be deducted from your deposit. * We collaborate with a good Cab Company that respects the standard fixed price. In case you want to reserve this service, the driver will wait for you in the airport's meeting point showing a sign with your name. Then he will bring you directly to the house.
