The Eaves at Eastwick, Tybroughton.

The Eaves at Eastwick is a self-contained flat on the first floor of a converted cow shed. It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. It also makes an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Easy access to Whitchurch (3 miles) Malpas (5 miles) Chester & Shewsbury (20 miles) The space The Eaves consists of a light and airy open plan lounge area with a TV, sofa and double sofa bed (travel cot can be provided). There is a dining area with a large table and 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen where guests can cook their own meals if required. Breakfast, bread, milk, tea & coffee will be provided. It has a separate bedroom with a kingsize French style bed and en-suite shower room. The Eaves is centrally heated and there is ample off-road parking on a gravel driveway. Access to the flat is via an external staircase. Well behaved pets welcome, non-smokers only please. Please note that WiFi is not available (It is too slow and inconsistent in this rural location) Guest access The flat is self contained away from the main house so guests have privacy and can come and go as they please as the door is locked by a code so no keys to collect or lose!! Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included.
