Just recently finished, with a host of traditional features including exposed beams, original window design that allow the light to flood into the rooms. Tastefully furnished in a modern contemporary style, this Kent holiday home has been finished to an extremely high standard. Just a short drive from the historic City of Canterbury and the Kent coast with towns such as Sandwich, Deal and Whitstable. The Granary is a very special holiday home in Kent and would make an ideal destination for long vacations or short breaks throughout the year. The Granary is a self contained two story listed building adjacent to the garden of the main house, featuring Lounge, Kitchen Diner, cloakroom, two beds and shower room. Retained Granary features include raised stone staddle stones and feature access steps. There are extensive countryside views over Kent countryside. Other things to note Access to this listed building is via eight feature steps with handrail. This rural location has very limited internet and poor mobile phone signal. The farmyard and associated buildings are protected by external CCTV.
