If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony or outside the entrance, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. When smoking on the balcony, please refrain from speaking loudly or making noise, as it may disturb the neighbors. (2) This is a residential apartment. Please refrain from shouting or making loud noises in the hallways or on the balcony. (3) When going out, please turn off the lights and air conditioning in the room. We appreciate your cooperation in saving energy. (4) Please make sure that the fire is extinguished before leaving. (5) Bringing unauthorized guests, pets, or animals is prohibited. (6) Drugs and parties are not allowed. (7) There is no towel exchange service. Please use the provided washing machine. Daily cleaning service is not available. (8) We have installed surveillance cameras facing the entrance inside the room. According to Fukuoka City law, it is mandatory for accommodations using a self-check-in system to have cameras. Additionally, there is a 72-hour storage requirement for footage of entry and exit. There is no audio recording, and the camera only captures the entrance door, so your privacy will not be compromised. Please do not unplug the power or change the camera's position. If you do so, it may be noted during government inspections. If the power is unplugged or the camera's position is changed, staff will enter the room to restore it. Thank you for your understanding. (9) If you do not check out by 10 AM without prior notice, an extension fee of 1500 yen per hour will be charged. (10) If you are worried about losing the key, please return it to the mailbox. This prevents loss. In case of losing the room key, a fee of 5000 yen will be charged. Additionally, if the electronic chip key attached to the key is lost, a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged. (11) If we are unable to clean the room due to the guest's circumstances, we will charge the lower amount between the "room extension fee of 1500 yen per hour + cleaning cancellation fee of 4000 yen total" or "the price for one night's stay on the check-out date." (12) One set of futon bedding is provided per bed. There are no extra futons beyond the number of beds. Fukuoka requires using designated paid garbage bags for disposal. When you have a large amount of garbage, please gather it and place it in a corner of the balcony. Please separate it into "cans," "plastic bottles, glass bottles," and "others." (16) Late check-out is not possible. We need to clean and prepare the room for the next guest. Check-out time is until 10 AM. Also, we cannot store luggage after check-out. (17) This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. We provide rooms in a residential apartment. Due to security reasons, we cannot provide check-in instructions to guests with whom we cannot contact.
