Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel. The space Straddie Treehouse has several living and sleeping areas which cater well for different combinations of guests. There is a Foxtel and a separate laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. While the property is not fenced, there is an enclosure off the lower level which will keep pets secure in your absence. Parents of small children, please be aware that the internal stairs are not gated. Due to the Loft access by ladder only we have decided to no longer offer the space, it is not included in the bedroom listings due the access not being viable for everyone and could be risky. If you require additional bedding there is a day bed in the lounge room, just message me and I'll make sure additional linen and bedding is left for you. Guest access Straddie Treehouse is within walking distance to most beaches, with the shops and cafes at the Point in one direction and the iconic Pub in the other. Bob's Shop at the end of the street sells a wide range of groceries (with a dedicated gluten-free section), ice, bait and gas. Further towards the Gorge Walk there is the”Prawn Shack” with fresh seafood and basic deli items'; a bakery and gelato store are around the corner, and across the road are picnic tables with knockout views. There is also the popular Blue Room Cafe with coffee, juices, fanatic homemade menu and amazing views . A detailed list of business names and contact numbers will be in a folder in the living room.
